  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to your preferred booking time – $10 cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made within 24-48 hours prior to your preferred booking time will incure 50% of the booking amount as the cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations are not permitted within 24 hrs. 100% booking amount will be charged in such a case.

 

Once you place a booking, you will receive a confirmation via email informing you that the booking has been accepted.

A trained professional will be assigned closer to the service timing. The booking will also reflect in the bookings section of your app under the upcoming tab.

Yes. If there is water required for your service, we might use your water point.

It’s up to you. You can add instructions on the booking process which we pass on to our service providers.

Once a provider is assigned to you, the chat functionality becomes available for easy communication between you and your provider.

All services must be paid online upon booking via Stripe.

  • 24 hrs prior change-no charge
    within 24 hrs-depends on provider availability-no charge
    within 8 hrs-booking will be rescheduled on a chargeable basis of $25/booking
    Non availability of the customer on site within 30 minutes of provider arrival, full cost will be incurred

if you wanted to Delete your account with all your data, please write an email to contact@assign.co.nz. we remove with 24 hours 

In such a case:

-if a part of the service mentioned in the checklist was not delivered, you can either be refunded for that service portion or be sent an alternate provider to take care. In such a case we must be intimated within 12 hrs of the service completion either through email or call.

- If evrything has been delivered but not to your satisfaction please do rate your service provider which will provide us valuable feedback to make the necessary changes. No refund will be entertained in such a case. While we strive for your 100%  happiness we do not gurantee complete satisfaction as home services is associated with relative emotions.

The customer will be responsible for the arranging parking. This could be off street  or private driveway.

Incase the same cannot be arranged example in the CBD, the customer must pay an additional fee of $15 for Assign to arrange the parking.
